HEAT Summer League: 2nd Round Pick James Ennis Most Consistent & Productive Player After 2 Games in Orlando

James Ennis is the story after the Miami HEAT's 2nd game of the Orlando Summer League ended with a 93-86 win over the Brooklyn Nets.

This article uses the Estimated Wins Produced statistic created by sports economist David Berri. Average players increase a team's chance of winning 10% by producing 0.100 Estimated Wins per 40 minutes (Est.WP40) because an average NBA team produces a 0.500 winning percentage. See the HEAT Produced Page for more information.

Most Productive Players
Scotty Hopson was the most productive player in the HEAT's 2nd game of the Orlando Summer League. He increased the team's chance of winning by 39% with 22 points, 69% shooting efficiency and 3 steals in just 26 minutes. It was a big turnaround from the 1st Summer League game when Hopson was the least productive HEAT player on the floor.

Once again, James Ennis was the 2nd most productive HEAT player against the Nets. The 2nd round draft pick increased the team's chance of winning by 29% with 17 points, 54% shooting efficiency, 5 rebounds, 3 steals, 1 block and 4 fouls in 26 minutes.

Ennis' production is the only consistent force for the HEAT while players like Hopson and Ian Clark's production spikes up and down. Ennis' performance so far is above average in every category except offensive rebounding, turnovers, shot-blocking and assists and he leads all HEAT players in estimated wins produced after 2 games in the Orlando Summer League.
