Dwyane Wade is the Most Productive Player in HEAT-Knicks Series

Dwyane Wade's poor decision-making prevented the Miami HEAT from sweeping the New York Knicks, but the HEAT Produced Playoff stats show they wouldn't have a 3-1 lead in the series without his productive play.

All the stats for estimated wins produced (est.WP) in the HEAT-Knicks series are now available on the HEAT Produced Page.

Estimated wins produced is a stat created by sports economist David Berri using data available in the box scores. An average player produces 0.100 est. wins per 48 minutes (est.WP48), star players produce 0.200 est.WP48 and superstars produce 0.300 est.WP48.

Most Productive Players in HEAT-Knicks Series
After four games, Wade leads all players with 0.304 est.WP48 and 1 estimated win produced in the series.

Wade, LeBron James (0.237 est.WP48, 0.7 est.WP), Mario Chalmers (0.184 est.WP48, 0.6 est.WP), Chris Bosh (0.170 est.WP48, 0.5 est.WP) and Mike Miller (0.176 est.WP48, 0.4 est.WP) have all been more productive than the most productive Knick in the series, Amare Stoudemire (0.136 est.WP48, 0.3 est.WP).

Least Productive Players in HEAT-Knicks Series
Joel Anthony is the least productive HEAT rotation player in the series with just 0.016 est.WP48. He averaged 0.117 est.WP48 in the regular season.

Baron Davis (-0.114 est.WP48, -0.2 est.WP) was the least productive Knick in the series before blowing out his knee in Game 4. The least productive Knick available for Game 5 is J.R. Smith (-0.048 est.WP48, -0.1 est.WP).

Check out the  HEAT Produced Page  for all the stats, including average production for the HEAT and Knicks at each position and for each quarter in the series.
